JonJon,
Call the toll free number listed on the Southern Honda web page. Get a salesman, tell him which one you want and when you'll be there. I did that with mine and it was sitting outside with my name on it when I got there. The price was to the penny that was quoted over the phone. They will try to sell you extended warranty, insurance and accessories.

Yes the new Foremans will start in gear, just pull the front brake and hit the button. Add a few cheap mods and tires and have fun.

Grumpy's right. They will have it waiting for you. But it might have a few add ons like wheels and tires. They make their money on the add ons. If you don't want them they will remove them. A friend of mine was more then please with the service he got. But they did try the wheel and tire thing.

Yeah, i was thinking there was a start in gear feature. So they try to make up their money in the tire/wheel combo, and a winch? Thats what my local dealer does. The only difference is, my local dealer has EXTREMELY ridiculous pricing. They're located down here by the gulf, and its a VERY nice dealer, and they are very successful. But listen to the BS stuff they do. They have an '06 Honda Foreman 500s 4x4 with a 2500lb warn winch, Mudlight XTR's with type 7 rims, and skid plates, for $9,000!!!!!!! I havnt done the math, but i dont think it equals around to that much! And they have an '06 Big Bear, with 26 inch Mudbugs and ITP black rims and a winch, for like $7,900.. Their prices are ridiculous and even on the stock ones, they wont go down much. Thats why im going to make this trip. Anyway, im still thinkin about putting 26ITP Terracross with Type 7 rims on it. Eventually it will happen, no doubt. but im wondering if i want them on my 500ES when i go to pick it up. Somehow i think they will rip me off by doing this, so im thinking about finding another place to buy tires/wheels after i purchase the machine. Anyway thanks for all the help.

their prices on tires/wheels and winches are practical, but not the cheapest. i think they wanted 400 or 450 for a 2.5 warn installed....? ...not too bad. im shopping for this kinda stuff right now for mine, and from what ive found ebay has the best prices around. just search for "warn atv" and youll come up with some deals..

Ok, i got 2 questions. First, i see they still have some 2005 Honda Foreman 500 ES at the Chatanooga dealer. On the website, it shows it in red. Does that mean, thats the only color they offer it in red? Or is that just the default color on the website? Second, technically, its only going to save me $200.00 dollars if i get the 05 over the 06.. The '05 was a first year model, were there any problems out all that were addressed from the '05s to the '06. Do you think i may be able to talk them down more on an 05?

And last, assuming i get the '06 Green Foreman ES, if i got a Warn 2500 winch, and ITP Terracross tires on the type 7 rims, and i went there to pick it up, what kindof price would i expect for OTD?? Probably around $6,600? Thanks for all the help. I'm very excited about going back to Honda.

Yeah, i am going to give them a call tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone knew now as im trying to get all my finances in order, as to how much money i can expect to bring with me when i purchase.

So what about my other question? Have any clue about the '05 vs 06? Problems?

Yeah, what was i thinkin lol.. But since i know you all just love answering my questions, im going to ask one more. Im thinkin about purchasing a power tip off of Ebay for the Foreman. Only about $43 and it increases HP a little bit and gives it a nice sound. Is it too loud? like an HMF pipe? Thanks.
