I use to live in Nevada and it's not required there or any other state, except for California.

Go find one and look at the VIN........no 3 or C in the 8th digit position.

Avoid a delership that isn't any brighter than that! Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they might have thought you meant the CRF450R dirt bike, which IS red.

 

i cant imagine it being red sticker...when we were first looking at the ltr the dealer said they might be red sticker because they were truly trying to make it race ready but i think if they made it red sticker they would loose a lot of buisness...and it sucks that california is the only state that has this red sticker/green sticker b.s...i dont have anything red sticker but my buddys do and its a pain in the ***..we cant just go ride
