I have a new 2006 Honda Rancher 4x4. I am planning on installing a winch before hunting season starts. I am looking at the Warn 1.5 or the 2.5 models. Any suggestions on which one is best? Or other models?

 

the warn 2.5 is a great winch. It has a better switch and solinoid than the 2000 pound winch.

 

warn 3.0 even better sealed up lifetime warranty

 

well i have an 04 AT with the warn 3.0ci and LOVE it. it has never let me down and i use it all the time. for my plow and for dragin oak out of the woods. love it. i would recamend the 3.0ci. it's no much more and you KNOW it'll allways pull and elk or deer and your quad up a hill over bolder logs anything. it's a great one.

I have a 2.5 Ci on my and it seems to work great in the driveway[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] I haven't had a chance to really use it yet. I would stay away from the 1.5, it is ok to have more than you need but it sucks big time to not have enough [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
