Default foreman oil filter

My buddy has a 2001 foreman and he broke off the top bolt that holds the oil filter cover on. He tried drilling out the bolt but broke a couple bits off in there making it more difficult to remove. Any ideas?

Is there enough of a hole, to get an easy out in? Soak whats left of the bolt in kriol for a day or two, and then try the easy out.

He ended up breaking a drill bit off in the hole. I tried an easy out after his mess and had no luck. I didn't figure it would move with a drill bit broken off in there.

Try knocking the drill with a punch. It should then loosen uo, and come out. If its really siezed in there, then a carbide drill is the next step.
