YFZracer,

You have no clue what I know. I have been riding for over 25yrs. I have had highly moded Banshees and 250r's. I used to race motorcross also. I never said that he DID NOT have to rejet. I said he may have to go up 1 size. He already rejetted for the uni and the K&N is not far from that. It does not matter what I ride may it be a utility or a sport. All motors need rejetting with mods 2 stroke or 4 stroke. You say leaner is meaner? Yes to a point but do you think he really wants to mess with running lean. Most quads run rich from the factory. If you just add a performance filter you do not have to rejet until you open up the exhaust. Thats why I said DO A PLUG CHECK!!! This is the only way to make sure how your jetting is.

Yes you do know what you are talking about and have been in some of the same threads before you are right on what you are saying but I think the conflict isn't with you to put it in a nice way. How are the quads and the family 2 many.

Fascinating stuff guys..

2manytoys has the right idea here. He's not gonna lean it up much more that it will hurt to do a plug check.

Bomb,

Quads and family are fine thanks. And you?

I know. Drag just wanted to know if he should rejet with the K&N and knowing that he has the uni and he has already rejetted he should not have to go up more than 1 size. But I see what you are saying bomb. At least I think i do!

Thats why I said do a plug check. No point in guessing. He can guess all day long and it wont be right without doing a plug chop.
