Hi, i was wondering what would be better for me. I m about 5-2 and i am going to get quad. I love
250x's and i was wondering what other choices i have. I just sold my Kx80 with a 100cc kit to get probaly a 250x. O and I don't have a ton of $$$$
I'am only 12 years old (but i'am a kick *** rider)

Thanks,
250xorcist

You might want to look at the 300ex inasmuch as you're accustomed to a manual tranny. I haven't seen any 250x's where I ride as yet so I can't comment on them except to say that I'm a die hard manual tranny & clutch person so the 250x wouldn't interest me in the least. Another thing is the fact that there a ton of after market products available for the 300ex, both bolt-on and engine upgrades. At your height and assumed weight it would not be too large for you, yet big enough to grow into for some time. I ride a Warrior which has been a good ride for me but could be a tad large for you right now.

Hot shoe i think he was talking about the old 250X not the 250EX. Yeah my 250X has been an awesome first sport quad. only downside is a kick start. but it always starts on first kick so no biggie

Right, I was thinkin about the new 250ex can you say "Recon??" I rode with a kid last Summer up in the woods who had the 250X. It was bone stock and pretty quick. I don't see very many of them out here, I guess that's why I didn't think of it.
