Smoking & Noise Trx450

Blue smoke & Engine noise.
Adjusted valves, noise now not as bad but smoke still there.
Any suggestions?

Well, you might be due for a piston and ring replacement. Do a compression check.

And what year is it? How many hours are on the bike? Frequent oil changes?

Smoking & Noise Trx450

Could have ran it too hard and it got too hot and busted the ring and the noise could be your piston slapping the cylinder walls.
