Key part of the message being "if they are nice". Turns out my dealer, Turple Brothers in Red Deer aren't very nice. They'll gladly sell me a manual but won't give me any help otherwise. Given that I can buy parts online at half the price as them, I've decided to take all my ATV business elsewhere. Next new bike purchase will be from a dealer that appreciates my business and my ongoing maintenance needs without always seeing me as cash cow. Parts will come from that same dealer or online.

Turple Brothers used to be a great little bike shop with friendly staff, but seem to have morphed onto a bunch of grumpy, unappreciative *****. I'll vote with my feet.....

Okay, so the latest problem I'm having is my fully charged battery runs down and eventually the bike won't even start. It overheats because there's no power to the fan and I'm assuming it's an alternator problem. Even with a dead battery, all should work fine with power from the alternator, right???

also i am working on this machine and it seems to need a fuel pump.. and i have read that i should change the relay at the same time, what is a good source for parts for these machines.. dealers tell me these parts are hard to get...

Any chance of a wiring diagram for a trx350d 4x4. Having problem with no spark. Does this model have an excitor coil? If so we cant find it! The CDI unit was torn out and the plug destroyed and vanished so we are not sure where the wires go into each socket so a photo of the correct wiring on the CDI Sockets would be good to. Thanks

 

The TRX350D Fourtrax has an exciter winding .. The TRX350 Foreman does NOT have an exciter winding .. PM your email and I will email you the ignition & wiring sections ..
