how much horespower does the trx have

 

Bone stock ~ 39 - 40
HRC kit ~ 45 - 46
Pipe + HotCam 2 ~ 47 - 49
Add porting and a 14:1 piston ~ 53 - 55

There are dyno's floating around on the 450R (and other 450's) that are in excess of 60 hp. I've even seen one at 68 hp. Joe Byrd's DASA powered TRX is reported to make about 62 hp...

These are all stock bore/stock stroke builds.

Any of the 450's could be made to make this kind of power though... Just takes $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

 

The sticker on the front frame were the model year 07 says 42.6 bhp right on the sticker. and the hrc kit 06-07 will bring the hp up to right at 50 hp the motors are screemers
