why is this in the Honda forum?
AND what technological advantages does a KTM engine have over a Yamaha or Honda or anyone else. How many more championships does KTM have compared to the Japanese manufacturers? As a former KTM (500 EXC) owner, I know what KTM ususally has an 'advantage' with, and it isn't engines (that are tuned more on the edge from the factory than the Japanese manufacturers)

Well if your friend is going to ride trails and is not going to put tons of mods on the bike I would say the Yamaha. I also think people post things in forums under Honda or Yamaha wrong is because that is where the best info is. I love both bikes Honda and Yamaha the 450r is a sweet machine and I think the 450 YFZ is great for tracks only the raptor is a super trail bike anyway. well,it seems the outlaw is better and the fact that it is KTM powerd is sweet.i am thankful for your guys support with helping my friend so im sure getting the 525 will be a good choice.thanks!
