Would 25x12.5 inch tires rub the exhaust on my Honda Recon??

 

Since I've never owned a Recon, I can't answer your question. I can tell you that running a tire three inches taller than stock will cause serious changes in gear ratios. Whether the wider tire would create clearance problems is another consideration also. With a 25" tire an a smaller engine such as yours, you'd have basically no low end.
