Rubicon: Problems?? List em here

Tex,

What about your front CV that was pulled out or something? How did you fix that? Ever figured out how it happen?

just unscrew the plunger where it goes in into the carb under the seat and clean it of.Very easy just need a 14mm wrench and away you go.

They a problem at first some of the computers were resetting them selves.

Forgot about that. Yeah the front left inboard CV pulled out an inch. Just shoved it back and is snapped into place.

My biggest problem I've found with the Rubicon is wanting to ride it instead of doing what needs to be done around the house.

I've got 400 miles on mine, went through the screws falling out business, and well, that's the only problem I've had. Other than finding more time to ride!

I have actually had a huge problem with the rubicon. It's so good that it makes all other quads look not as great...I actually get tired of riding other atvs cuz the rubicon is so much better to me...

I have had big problems with the rubicon,I have'nt been able to get one yet,hopefully some day soon.I average 5000km + per year so will post how mine holds up if i ever receive it.I am sure i will not have any big problems with it if any at all ,till then.

There are a couple of dealers that I know of here in Quebec that are selling Rubicons. They buy them in the states and sell them here for $10500 cdn. One of the dealers has already delivered 8 machines. By the way, the Canadian version is not called a Rubicon, its a TRX500.
