Why did Honda quite making the 250r it was a great selling quad and it still is today and also why dont they making a 2 stroke like the 250r today they would have a longer waiting list than the raptor?

 

The US Government put a 10 year ban on Honda due to all the law suits being filed by people. People were buying them for kids who didn't have any reason being on them. Then they allowed them to ride without the proper riding gear.

 

i thought it was more like 12 years (but i'am kinda lost) if you do a search you should find lots of post i remeber 2 not to long ago. You will hear mostly it was because -Government ban, lawsutes from stupid idits that never rode and get a "R" and hurt them selfs and sue, and i also heard that it was because honda was working on a "Top Secret" engine that made pufs of exhaust instead of a stream for the goverment (or the army).

 

and now i will have to kill any one that reads that LOL

 

yah but if if it was a 12 year band they should be able to make them this year or next year shouldent they.

yes they could then but i do not know if they will if they do i am shure it will be more envorimental frendly.

 

They have been putting electronic fuel injection on snowmobiles for years....

how about a fuel injected 300-400 cc version
