This sound like a ok deal ?

Dad and I are selling our sleds for a 4x4 , well we found a 01 Honda Foreman 450 4x4 with a Superwinch 2000lb. It is an S and has 3795 miles , its in really nice shape we already checked it out. They want $3300 but iam gunna offer them $2200 cash and the 97 skidoo. Is this wheeler worth $3300 ? thanks

yeah this wheeler is mint condition so think iam gunna do it if i can get one of the friggin sleds sold/ givin away , iam losing my a$$ on these things
