First of all welcome to the forums...Also how does your rotor appear to be like any scoring from the brake pads being warn, if you I would also replace the rotor...As for the rear brake pads you will see 2 bolts that hold the brake caliper in place and you will want to loosen them they are number 23 on the diagram I sent below...Once you have loosened them the caliper will pull off of the bracket...Once you have done that there are 2 bolts that hold the pads in number 18 on the diagram and they only have a little bit of thread because they are what go through the holes on the brake pads and hold the pads in place...Once they are out the pads should fall right out and I am guessing you pads are warn all the way down so you will also need to push you piston back in to allow you to get the pads in so if you have a c clamp handy I would use that and an old brake pad and tighten the c clamp down to push the piston back in...When the piston is back in put the new pads in the same way you took them out and make sure you get the screws to go through the holes on each pad...Take the brake caliper and slide it back on the rotor...Now I don't know how Honda set up the 300 but on my friends Z I did the brakes the other day in about 5 or 10 mins and I needed to push a bar back in order to slide the caliper in and the pads over the rotor and it looked like number 4 on the diagram...When you do this line up the holes on the bracket to hold the caliper in place and tighten the bolts down and you should be good to go, just ride it down the street and make sure everything is tight and you are good...If you need any clarification or help let me know.

Well I just read your thread and my ozark did the same thing as what yours seems to be doing with pulling the drum off of the brakes and when you are putting it back together I cleaned up the axle where the drum sits and i applied some grease on it and the next time I had to take the brakes apart it was really easy to get it off...If you go through alot of mud the brakes will keep getting water inside if your seals are bad and the parts will keep rusting so make sure it is nicely sealed and you should be fine.
