I have an 88 250r with a ct racing 310 complete system. The problem is the noise restricitions on the Oregon Dunes. 93dbs is what they require, I have CT's national pipe with a fat boy quiet silencer freshly repacked and it reads 96 db's. Any help out there for a quiet muffler. Our Banshee we can put a hush kit on.

Try replacing the fiberglass packing in the silencer with steel wool, The real thick kind.This may get you down a couple of db.
