ticking sound

ticking sound
im having a ticking sound on my 06 rancher as i shift gears and hold the foot shift up in to a neutral position. the faster i go the faster the tick and the slwer the same. anyone have any ideas what it could be? (clutch, rearend, transmission, u joint?) i would appreciate any help thanks
