03 honda 350 got 12000 kn on valves are noisy had the head off doing a rebuild and the valves seat good still but i want to know how to set the lash and what to set it at it it at all possible to do it while its running n e and all help would be great

i just set the valves it was not as hard as i thought t would be the gap befor i set them was 22 thousands of an inch its way better now
