Yes! find a easy out smaller than that size hole drill the center of the plug put easy out in and try to unscrew the plug. If that does not work. Get a drill and redrill the size it calls for then get that size tap, and retap the hole put new plug. Once all that is done you will have to flush your motor out a few times to get shavings out. About the only thing you can do. (GOOD LUCK)

The torque should not be more than 5 to 8 pounds on a drain plug. I set mine at about 7 pounds never had any trouble or plug backing out.

I did that to mine also, but it came out luckily and I had mine set at 9nm not ft pds...I figured out that my torque wrench needed to be recalibrated and that is why it happened...So I went to the local auto store and got 10mm bolts which is what it calls for and used them and they were the exact same size and everything...I just tighten it up by hand now and it does the trick...What I found out to make it easier for you is when you check the hole some oil keeps coming out so put the bolt back in just a little and jack up the side of the quad so you wont have anymore oil flowing out...take the bolt back out and clean the bolt and around the hole, put the bolt back in and tighten her down and you are set.
