I have an 04 400ex, last year of the first gen. plastic. Ive heard the rear plastic is the same for all years. So all im looking at is changing out is the front plastic, and headlamp assembly, to make it look like an 05 and newer quad. Has anyone else done this? Im assuming Ill need the wire stays and hardware from an 05, but does it just line up? How about the connectors to the headlamps...do they just connect up, or did the connectors change?
