I have a 2005 trx 450r with a kickstart and was wondering if there is a way to wire a battery to it or just power some neon tubes off the wireing to the lights. Maybe a wireing diagram would help. If anyone knows how to wire some lights to the wiring of the atv please some insight would be appreiciated.

 

Sorry i cant help u but we have put neons on our sleds before, they look sweet on snow but a lot of the times they break. Just wondering if u have had any issues on the quad. I seen the pic of ur 300 it looks sweet. But i ride in muddy and rough conditions so theyd likley brake.

 

Im not sure if your asking about my new 450 or the neon on my old 300, although i have had no issues with either one. The neon on the 300 was an easy install and they lasted me a year on my 300 and I took it mudding and everything and the tubes never broke. They were mounted in a pretty good spot under the quad where they were not hanging down.The tubes were high quality interior neon with a hard plastic shell. They finally gave out when i put them on my rincon and forgot about em and went rock climbing lol, dumb mistake. One tube totally shatterd and the other just cracked the shell and shorted out.
