400 AT JETTING

WE HAVE A HMF EXHAUST, HIGH COMPRESSION PISTON, HEAD WORK, DINO JET KIT, K&N AIR FILTER.
WE HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT SETTING IN NEEDLE AND DIFFERENT SIZE JETS IN ALL COMBINATIONS, SOMEHOW WE STILL HAVE MID-RANGE POWER LOSS. WHAT COULD THE ISSUE BE???? PLEASE HELP.

is this mid-throttle performance issues, or mid-rpm range power issues? (yes theres a difference, if you're full-throttle but the engine will only rev half way, then you have a full-throttle/mid rpm range issue.)
with all that work done, it's hard to tell. might have to find a dyno shop with exhaust analyzers to find if you're running rich or lean or if you have an intake/exhaust restriction.
