I think I am the only one in this forum who has this kit. Yes it is fast. I have said many times that I am quite pleased with the quality and thought put behind the pieces that Lazarus uses (cam,piston,pipe). From what I have read from other posts seems like anyone who has bought anything from GTT is very happy with the product. It seems that the consensus of opinion is that GTT has the hottest cam for the 400ex out right now. You can see from my signature what I have from GTT. Those pieces are making 40hp. I am going back for a 41mm FCR carb and full race porting here in the next couple of weeks. Lazarus tells me that combo should be good for "45+". That is on 93 pump premium gas. I think that is pretty good. I know that is not exactly cheap but you dont have to have all those mods to make good horsepower. I am not sure but I think his basic 440 kit could be done for around $600 without his pipe. Although Lazarus told me that a pipe that works well on a stock motor (Big Gun)just cant flow enough, for peak horsepower, on a 440. I think that includes alot of the popular pipes on the market today. Go to the website and look around. Check out the dyno runs. It is very interesting. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THT FCR 41MM WILL COMPARE TO THE 39MM ELDEBROCK QUICKSILVER. I KNOW THE DIRECTIONS SAY IT WILL HELP THE LOW END AND MIDRANGE WHILE ADDING TOP END SPEED. IT SELF METERS THE FUEL. NO JETS. BETTER CONSISTENT FUEL DELIVERY. WE WILL SEE I GUESS.
