I have 03 Honda 400ex and today i was replacing the oil and i broke off the 8 mm bolt for the oil filter. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this out. Do i need to take off the clutch cover, maybe split the engine? Please help.

You should be able to drill and use an extractor or back it out, all on the machine. Id try a chisle and tap it around first, if that fails, then drill it.
