Don't see the year model on this. If it's an older one, you may want to check the fuel filter too.

It has plenty of fuel and everything?

Does it smoke at all?
yes, yes,no, and I'm going to check all the tubes..
Well this is quite odd.

Is it getting really, really hot? If so, it could be losing compression and that is what causes the bog. I've seen em cool down and run again before.

It does sound just like a 2 stroke when it loses compression.

A 300ex is a 4 stroke. Are you sure it is a 300ex?

Losing compressing basically means your piston and rings are wore and when they won't hold compression, you have no power. The more compression, the more power. But coming out a dieing when hot is more common with 2-strokes, 4 stroke will usually run a long time even on low compression.

Not really looking for clogs as much a sharp bends that would pinch the line.

If it is a 300ex it's a 4 stroke. Anyway you can post a picture of it? That might help too.

If it's a 300ex, it's a 4-stroke.

Are you putting mixed gas in it? Usually that wouldn't hurt a 4-stroke anyways, but it could be fouling the plug.
