250R rear brake

I just bought a block off plate for my 250r I installed it and I cant get no brake pressure. I realized that brake fluid is seeping out between block off is there supposed to be a gasket in there it didnt come with one? HELP PLEASE!!

I thought they came with an o-ring,but it has been a long time since i put mine on
