I have the Kehin race carb on my 250X and love it other than from time to time the trottle becomes very hard to push from a resting postion, once you get it going its fine just hard at the start. if the bike is not running or if the choke is on then it is fine and very easiy to push like the stock trottle. the cable is very unrestricked so I dont think thats the problem??? any ideas??

no the cable is not kinked at all, and yes I love the carb it seemed to help more with low end than the top however the trottle responce was wonderful all the way across the rpm range
