start off by buying a EPI clutch kit around 50 bucks. Then I would get a Hot Cam may want to get install sametime as clutch kit. Look at exhaust pipes, check your local DNR for what they have for specs to be legal. Then a GOOD air filter either tiwn air or a uni and a jet kit.

May want to look into a gearless locker for the front also.

The clutch kit would make all the difference and not that expensive 50 bucks plus gasket so for 70 bucks it's one of the cheaper up grades.

Far as the locker, that's just a matter if you want both front wheels to lock so you don't have just 3 wheel drive.

Far as exhaust, all depends on how far you want to build this up and power wise.

The 450 foreman are excellent mud machines, all my friends who have hade them wish that they wouldn't have trade them off for a different model

If you want more "power", take off those big tall tires! Seriously...the Foremans are famous for not being able to milk much more power out of them with engine mods.
