Valve Specs for 400 EX

I want to adjust the valves. What thickness feeler gauge do I need? What is the setting?

When you do the timing, when you line up the timing marks, do you line it up to the T for top or the F for fire?

the t mark. be sure to only rotate the motor counter clockwise. if you pass the t mark by a little you have to go all the way around again.
