I know that you dindt imply that you didnt. I showed the picture to all of my friends and some snomobilers and only my one friend says he has seen it Two summers ago or so (he didnt know the exact time frame when it was seen) but he said that "it flew down the trail and looked awsome"

 

Well it was either mine or it's twin,
now what are the odds of there being
2 like that? I know it's up there
somewhere being kept out of sight.

like to hear where he saw it. I placed pics
on Yahoo Auctions & Excite. I don't want
to get anyone in trouble with the cops, I
wouldn't press charges or anything. I just
want to see it again. My 1st ATV was a 350X
then I had to sell it for only $650 in 1990
to pay bills. I found this one in July '97
and took myself back a few years. So I
guess I'm sentimentally attached to it
'cause I can't leave it alone!

 

Around here, whenever the local hoodlums steal an atv or snowmobile, the first thing they do is spray paint it. I would be looking for a spray painted 350x if I were you.

 

Yes it's more than likely painted in
camouflage by now or chopped up and
sold for parts. But it will always be
mine and I'm going to keep looking for
it. If they only knew how much it meant
to me they'd bring it back. Maybe they're
getting tired of trying to hide it. All
I want is for it's return, I don't want
to press charges. But if they were to
be caught with it by the police it'd
be a felony with possible jail time.
Much cheaper to buy one after lawyer
fees, why do they do it?

 

I think there should be a new law for anything fun that is stolen(atv's, snowmobile's, boats, etc.). The law should be that if somebody steals something and is caught, they will be tied up and the owner can shoot them with their weapon of choice, or pay the police a $10 charge and have them shoot the theive for you. This would deter most of the theives. The laws that they have now are a joke, especially if the person is under 18(which is usually the case), they get a slap on the wrist. What happened to you in the early days if you stole a horse??

of that law. I actually believe in karma,
good things come to good people, bad things
to bad ones. Felony vehicle theft may not
get you shot or sent to hell but people
that do these things will get what they
got coming someday. The '90s were bad for
me, and my family, it can't get much worse.

i am not shure if you are close to or go to chranton but you might want to put up a poster there. It would worth a try and lots of people that are in the sport.

 

Yes I plan on going to more dice runs
this year. If I see it again I'll be
able to identify it. Maybe if they
find out I'm still looking for it
they will just dump it somewhere, then
I'd get it back.
