Best steering stabilizer?
#1
I would like to know about steering stabilizers. I've heard about some not mounting up correctly or easily. Which ones are these? Which would you suggest for me as well as other riders? Is there anything that we should look out for when purchasing one?
Thanks a lot.

We had to return the PEP stabilizer I had ordered for my 400EX. It would mount but mounted very close to the brake line and my husband said it could cause future problems. Besides it only has 3 adjustments and those must be done by unbolting. I went with the Muscle stabilizer with 7 clickable adjustments because it is rebuildable. I have been pleased with it. Look out for ones like the Denton which the mount on the body of the absorber is not adjustible. It makes for incorrect mounting geometry which will provide more damping one direction than the other.
I believe (but am not positive) that the Muscle damper's body mount is adjustible.
