and i would think that most people in the honda forum would be biased towards the 400ex and some still say i should go with the z400

 

why dont you go to the honda and suzuki dealerships and ask them to ride them and see which one you like better,maybe your dad wants one and you want the other...thats the best idea since its been narrowed down between z400 and 400ex

 

I don't think it's uncomfortable, not in the slightest.
maybe if you been riding it for like 7 hours straight?

 

well i plan to ride for a while and i dont know any artic cat dealers near me
and i already sat on both of them and like the z400 better

 

blahhh, Z's are lameee. I raced one running perfect, just broke in with 12 grand into it anfd I kept up with 400$ into mine. haa

 

uh dvx's are pretty much the same thing as z400

I think maybe you were just the better rider in this situation. Next time ride his machine and I bet you pull way ahead of him. The only difference between the machines are plastics

I am not biased with hondas just because I like them. I like hondas because I work on all the different brands of machines and get a first hand look at how these machines run.

 

If I add a FMF header and a cam will the cost be worth the gain?
If so what kind of cam should I get?

 

I know that's the only difference. but my dvx is like, amazing.
And this guy raced pro in Alberta. he was like, top 10. There was no way I should have came that close to him. So far, that's the worst I've lost by.
