Default 06 450r Fuel Troubles

I got a 06 trx 450er with Alba Pipe, K and N, And Jets. The bike seems to be running real rich but i have it where albas says it is supposed to be. I got 165 Main, 45 Pilot with the needle at the 5th clip. I Have played with the fuel screw from 4 turns to 1.5, But it does not seem to change. Alba suggest it to be at 3 turns. I does not want to start once it gets warm, it shoots flames out the pipe and is really hard to start. Once it is running it blubbers at low end and then clears out at wide open throttle. Put two new plugs but nothing changes. Please let me know of any suggestions. Thanks Chris

Jetting is art, not science. Those jetting recommendations that pipe manufacturers give, are just in the balpark...nothing more. Have it jetted by a pro!

There are sites dedicated to the 450, I would go there and get better answers than the one above.
