83 ATV carb Help

83 ATV carb Help
I just bought a 83 ATV200 and the guy played with the carb. It starts for a few seconds but wont idle and stay running. I think all the adjustment screw setting are wrong. Can anyone advise how many turns out for each screw to try and get it going. Thanks in advance
