Hey guys just need to get some opinions on carb options....my wifes bike is a 02 400ex with cdi arbox and jet kit..but that not being the point what im looking for is what carb or maybe its a cable issue...seems the thumb throttle is a little stiff any ideas on what i should do...not sure if i need a new carb that has easier springs on it or maybe new cable or both....please help get make that thing a little easier on her...and no twist throttle is not an option...thanks

 

Make sure there are no kinks or sharp bends in the cable. The 400ex thumb throttle is usually pretty easy to push.
You may need a new cable and if that doesn't help, think about a thumb saver. It is an extension that you put on the thumb throttle.
