Toe-in question
A buddy of mine has asked me to fix up his honda foreman rubicon so he can trade it in on a new one and the first thing I noticed is that the front end is wore out and out of aline. (This machine has been used and abused by multiple riders/owners)
When I re-aline the front end are the front wheels supposed to be slightly toe-in/out or evenly spaced?
Meanwhile, I will weld the framework back together that used to support the rear basket (nobody will admit to how that got broke)

03 rubicon spec was 1" toe out (wider in front) +/- 9/16 as measured at the tire tread.
You will either need a toe gauge or two building squares C clamped together so you can mark the backs of the tires on the guide, roll the machine until the marks are at the fronts of the tire, put the gauge back against the front of the tire, and measure the difference...
If it's way out, look for tie rod or something else to be bent.
