There is a Rancher 350 and a Rancher 420, and a Recon 250. There isn't any 200 anything, at least not in current production.

Doesn't anyone have an owner's manual? The procedure is in there and it is extremely simple.

There is a nut on the forward facing part of the engine. Loosen the nut, then turn the shaft with a screw driver. Usually, you will want to turn the adjuster counterclockwise until you just feel some resistance, then back it off 1/4 turn, and retighten the nut.

But, I will bet that this is an ES related problem that has nothing whatsoever to do with the clutch adjustment!

Can you use the manual backup shifter that comes in the tool kit to get it into 3rd-5th gear??? If it will, then you have an ES problem...not a transmission problem.

The whole ES system has been plagued by problems lately. Future buyers would be best to just pass it up. These manual transmissions are pretty much bulletproof, so I am betting it's an ES problem....
