Default 07 Honda Rubicon

Anyone else have a rubicon? How do you like them.

I am going to have a 2,500lb warn winch installed
High Lifter lift kit, and 1" rear wheel spacers
High Lifter heavy duty rear springs
and ITP Mud Lite XTR Tires and still undecided on wheels. Probably SS Alloy 112 chrome.

The rubicon will be navy blue.

If anyone else has pictures of there wheeler with wheels and tires post away! I want to see.

What else should I look into doing or should I be set?

Have a look at mine, I have 1.5" lift, 3" wheel spacer, 27" ITP 589 tires, ITP 108SS rimes, after market suspention, FMH exhaust, K&N filter, and jetted. If you are going with the XTR tires try to get rims with beed lock, XRT's like to break their bead in heavy mud. Seen it a few times on poker rallies.

If you are in Canada I hope you are going to the US. Huge savings there with dollar value and cheaper prices in general.

Just an FYI,

Cheers

I had one and din't really like it. Three months later, it's gone. Now I'm not Honda bashing, I just thought it would have more power without having to shift to low. A friend bought one recently and he says he thought his Rancher AT was snappier and better handling. Just test ride beforehand and make sure it's what you expect. You may like it.

A few friends have them and I have ridden them all. My old man has an AC 400 that I have used and just not a fan of.

The Rubicon is perfect for me.

Rubicon's kick @$$... I have one, it has been through hell and it still goes and goes. It has been rolled more than 8 times and still it has never had a problem. They have good power and excellent handling. I have pulled big trailers (16') with it and it does fine. For a work horse and a fun all the way around rider I would recommend a Rubicon. For just an all the way around fun rider I would get a Rincon, they are fun also.
