im looking to buy a hrc kit for my 2007 450r will i have to rebuild anything so often? not wanting to be working on motor every 5 r 6 rides

 

The Baja 1000 is going on right now, and most of the quads in there are 450R's. (You know, start the quad up and ride 1200 miles non-stop.) You think any of them are going to stop and do a rebuild in the middle of the race??? This machine will go the distance, better than any other 450 out there.

I don't know one single R owner that doesn't have the HRC kit, and most of them have hundreds of hours on and nobody has had to do a rebuild!

But, do keep in mind that the kit will net you mostly top end. So, if you are a trail rider maybe you don't really need it???
