We bought a brand new 2001 trx 450 es, Middle of winter and we have to waite about five minutes for it to warm up, we had a number 6 plug in then we went to a number 7, but still takes along time to warm up, help me out, i want to start the atv and let it run for a minute and take off without choke on,

 

The colder the weather the longer that it will take to warmup. Most 4-stokes will take 5 to 10 min to warmup. Also, the larger the number on the plug the colder it is, the number goes backwards from what you think that makes sence.
