Is it possible to put a TRX250 EX cylinder head on a honda recon? i know they both have the 229cc set up pretty much the same, but the ex is supposed to have a bit larger intake and exhaust valves and since ive bored my recon up 20 over i was looking to use the power some.

 

I know the early models were different, but in later years did they not update the Recon so it is the same as the EX??? What year do you have???

 

1999, I believe my year was before they upgraded the recon to the EX head because a buddy of mine has a 06 and it has a ton more power.
