Rear Wheel Studs
#5
Studs from other models will work...just knock out one and carry it to the dealer if you intend on going back with parts as close to stock as possible. But frankly, I would knock the bad studs out and replace them with Grade 8 bolts and nuts....it accomplishes the same purpose. The only down side is having to use a wrench on the backside of the hub to hold the bolt when tightening or loosening....but that to is often remedied by a couple spot welds to hold the bolt in place. Common repair practices on machines of that age which arent usually worth the cost of high dollar ticket items but worthy enough to not donate to the scrap yard.

KNOWSALOT, Thanks so much for the help. My next door neighbor is a pipe fitter and has a small wire welder in his shop. I'll knock em out today, pick up some grade 8 bolts & nuts from the hardware store and have him spot weld them in place. I did find the studs online but they were about $5.00 each and the nuts were almost $3.00 each + shipping! Your recommendation is much more practical for this older machine. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question.
