Default 2001 400ex

Hey eveyone,

I just picked up a 2001 400ex. It runs real good and frame/suspension are in good shape. I do need to do some little repairs though. I need to change the bushings on one of the A-arms. I figure it would be good to just change the bushings for both the A-arms. Then I read that it is almost the same price to just replace the A-arms. I was hoping to hear some feed back. I found some A-arms and other parts on ebay but they are for an 2002. Does anyone know if there is a big difference between the two years?

I believe the 01 and 02 share the same control arm part numbers

all 400ex's have the same a-arms, but just to be sure on things like that go to www.hondaoftroy.com and look it up on their microfiche. Brand new a-arms from them are like $40 each I believe.
