honda forman 500 over heating

ok i have checked that. and the coolant in there is up to the top and looks fine?

Next step if it were mine would be to get some new coolant and thermostat...

Book also lists faulty radiator cap, blocked coolant passage, faulty temp sensor.

There is a drain on the bottom left of the radiator, and a drain plug on the right side of the engine, below the header pipe. You would also want to pull the siphon hose off the radiator neck in order to drain the reserve tank. Whey you fill it, they say to fill it up to the neck of the radiator, let it idle for a few minutes, then snap the throttle open a couple times, shut it off and top up the radiator, and fill the reserve tank to the proper level.
