I had a no start condition, and was not getting any power to my headlights or my fan. I replaced the battery and now the ignition fuse blows when the key is turned on.

From the ignition fuse a blu/grn wire runs to the ECM, and to the engine stop switch. From the stop switch blu/whi wire goes to the ECM.
If it's still under warranty you might consider letting the dealer mess with it.
If not, I think I'd start by disconnecting the battery and the connectors at the ECM, and remove the ignition fuse. I'd then take an ohm meter and check from both the fuse side and the ECM connector to check for short to ground...
If it is shorted to ground, you might look at the engine kill switch. If the harness between the fuse and ecm and switch is not shorted to ground, I'd be wondering about the ECM...
Good luck with it. If you plan to own the machine long term, a service manual would pay for its self.
