Since both the 500 Foreman and 500 Rubicon have there hands full with a 450 Grizzly can you imagine it against a 700!
500 Rubicon in comparison
500 Foreman in comparison.
I would take a 700 Grizzly or 660 Grizzly over Honda,s 680 Rincon because they have more power diff lock and let alone over a underpowered 500 straight axles with drum brakes.
$500 difference between a Honda 500 and a 700 is crazy the 700 is just in a totally different class and category of ATV.
Even in the 450-500 class the Honda is lacking in eveything but price.
I live in Canada also and my friend bought a 500 Foreman for $8500,its crazy what Honda Canada asks for plain Jane ATVs.

The Griz 700 has a good reputation for reliability, power steering, EFI, IRS, low range, locker.
I'm not too crazy about the styling, and I think Honda has a bit more refined feel, but the Griz has a lot to offer.

It depends on how you will use quad. The Griz 700 was best for me but the 500 Foreman was best for son-in-law. If you are a once a week play rider who likes comfort, performance, reliability, and full featured then the Griz is best, not just between these two but overall. On other hand, if you run the quad 3 or 4 times every day on ranch, tow trailer loads of alfalfa and fire wood, and value reliability over all else then the 500 Foreman FM is best, not just between these two but overall.
