What do I need to do first ? It is all stock . I had a 04' Honda xr250r bike and I remember I cut something out of the stock baffle/spark arrestor but now I can't remember what . Does anyone know ? Also, I upped the main jet.
What do you guys recommend to "wake" this up ? I just want to mod the stock pipe and change the air filter and main jet.
I plan to run a uni filter , what size main jet should I go to ?

i wouldent go higher than a 150 main. put a 150 in it, run it at full speed and then cut it off while still giving it full throttle. let it coast to a stop. check the plug. if its still white or around that color than your jet is good for that bike.

if you want power, just drop 1 tooth in the front sprocket, and 1 up in the back. oppisite if you want speed. this is just a "cheeper" way.
