Default 400ex setup

I have a 2003 Honda 400ex that is all stock besides for a k&n air filter. I was wondering what would be the best setup for trail riding including exhaust, jets, sprockets, and anything else that would give me an advantage in the woods.

COMPRESSION best bang for the buck. Port work, web cam, good pipe(white bros., yoshi, hmf) jet kit.

I have decided that I want to get a White Brother E-Series exhaust. Should i just get a slip-on or should i get the full exhaust? Also, does anyone know about what the jetting specs would be for it. Its a 2003 400ex with K&N air filter, open lid, and White Brothers exhaust.
