Last week 7 of us were about 1.5 hours from the trucks and one of us had a flat. I had bought a little fix-and-go (or something) tire repair kit from Dennis Kirk that has tire patches, plugs and 4 Co2 cartridges. I had never used it until then and let me tell you, ten min. and we were otathr. The kit is small enough to fit in the tool kit tube on a trx259x and worth the money!!!

I always carry some of those tar soaked looking plugs, and a small ten speed tire pump. I've never used them on my machine, but I've gone through dozens on friends rides. We even stuffed five plugs into one guys sidewall. That was three years ago, it's still there.
