So upon further inspection personally at our shop it is aparent that the shop we had look at it over drew up the bill for the fourwheeler, it doesnt have any bad valves theres nothing wrong with the piston or cylinder, the problem is the cam chain is off and we need to know all the specifications for the cam, cam chain etc I need to know how to re time the cam and cam chain. PLEASE HELP ME

I need to know how to check the cam timing without opening the bottom end.

You have to remove the flywheel to service the camshaft/cam timing... You also have to remove the head & cylinder to remove the camshaft because the cam followers MUST be removed .. You may get away with just removing the head and holding them up , but I wouldn't chance it myself because if you drop 1 it's approx. 8-10 hour job to fix..
